Van Nuys car service, FBO to front door.

Chauffeured transfers from every FBO at Van Nuys Airport, across greater Los Angeles. Give us the tail number and the terminal; the fare is quoted in full before you book, with gratuity and tolls in it.

How a Van Nuys pickup works

1 — Give the tail number
Put the tail number in the notes of your request. Dispatch works from that, and anything else the chauffeur needs goes in the same box.
2 — Met at the FBO
Your chauffeur is at the terminal you are actually using — Clay Lacy, Signature, Castle & Cooke, Western Jet, Jet Aviation or Pentastar. Tell us which when you book.
3 — Straight out
No concourse, no baggage hall, no queue for a kerbside pickup bay. Van Nuys to Beverly Hills is about thirty minutes with clear roads.
4 — One fare, already paid
The fare is quoted in full before you book and charged then, gratuity and tolls included. Nothing to settle at the aircraft.

The airport

The quiet way into Los Angeles.

Van Nuys is one of the busiest general aviation airports in the world and almost nobody arrives there by accident. There is no concourse to walk, no baggage hall to wait in and no rideshare lot to find — you land, you clear the FBO, and the car is there.

What that removes is the part of an airport transfer that usually goes wrong. What it adds is a detail worth getting right: the FBOs sit on different sides of the field, so tell us which one you are using and your chauffeur is at it rather than near it. Choose the car by party and luggage — the Executive Sedan seats four with two full-size bags, the Executive SUV six with five. See the fleet.

Which FBOs do you serve at Van Nuys?

All of them. Clay Lacy Aviation, Signature Flight Support, Castle & Cooke Aviation, Western Jet Aviation, Jet Aviation and Pentastar are the ones we are asked for most often. Name yours when you book — the FBOs sit on different sides of the field and a chauffeur sent to the wrong one is a real delay.

I have a tail number, not a flight number.

Use the same field. It is free text and it reaches dispatch exactly as you typed it. If your departure is likely to move, say so in the notes box and we will plan around it rather than around a schedule.

How long from Van Nuys to the Westside?

Beverly Hills and Century City are both around thirty minutes with clear roads, Malibu about forty over the canyon, Downtown around forty. The 405 decides all of them. Your fare does not change either way — it is fixed when you book.

Can you take us back to Van Nuys for the outbound?

Yes — book it as a second trip. There is no flight to track in that direction, so your chauffeur allows for traffic when setting the pickup time, which on this route matters more than it does going the other way.

Send us the tail number. We reply with one fixed fare.
