Who we are

OCLA Premium Transportation is operated by [legal entity — NOT SET], [business address — NOT SET]. We provide chauffeured ground transport in greater Los Angeles and Orange County. This page describes what we collect when you book a car, why, and who else sees it.

What we collect

When you price a trip, before you have identified yourself:

  • The pickup and drop-off locations you select, your travel date and time, party size, and vehicle class.
  • The resulting fare and its breakdown. Each quote is stored so the price is binding when you book.

When you book, in addition:

  • Your name, email address, and mobile number.
  • The pickup and drop-off street addresses — your chauffeur drives to these.
  • Your flight number, airline and terminal, if you give them.
  • Any company name, child-seat requirement or special request you enter.

We do not use advertising or analytics trackers, and we do not set cookies to profile you. The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address and browser details when a page loads.

Your card details never reach us

Card numbers are entered directly into a form served by Stripe and are never sent to our servers, our database, or our logs. We receive only a payment reference, the card brand, and the last four digits — enough for dispatch to recognise a booking and nothing more.

Stripe processes the payment as an independent controller of that data, under its own privacy policy.

Who else sees your information

  • Stripe — payment processing. Receives the fare, your email for the receipt, and your booking reference.
  • Google Maps — road distance between your pickup and drop-off, used to compute the fare. Receives the coordinates of those locations.
  • Our email provider — delivers your confirmation and any status updates.
  • Your chauffeur — receives your name, mobile number, addresses and pickup time, because the job cannot be done without them.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

How long we keep it

Booking and payment records are retained for [retention period — NOT SET], because they are financial records.

Known gap. A price quote you asked for but never booked keeps the pickup and drop-off addresses you typed. We have built the tool that deletes these after 30 days, but it is not yet running automatically, so today they are removed only when we run it by hand. Until that is scheduled, treat 30 days as our intention rather than a guarantee. This must be fixed before this page is published, not merely described.

Your rights in California

Under the CCPA, as amended by the CPRA, California residents may ask us to disclose what personal information we hold about them, to delete it, or to correct it. You may also ask us not to sell or share it — although as above, we do neither.

Write to [privacy email — NOT SET] with enough detail to find your booking — a reference number, or the email address you booked with. We will not treat you differently for asking.

Some records we cannot delete on request: completed trips and their payments are financial records we are required to keep.

Security

The booking site and the API are served over HTTPS. Your name, email address and phone number are stripped from our server logs before they are written. Access to the dispatch console is restricted to staff who need it.

No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise. If you believe you have found a vulnerability, write to [privacy email — NOT SET].

Changes

If we change how we handle your information we will update this page and its effective date. Material changes affecting existing bookings will be emailed to the address on the booking.
